Preferably eat the same dish
than other guests at your table to avoid food waste.
Focus first on the visual aspect of the plate, the feeling transmitted food.
Enjoy the first three consecutive bites in silence by closing your eyes and without drinking. Pause between bites and enjoy. Focus on smells, textures, tastes, aftertastes and associated memories.
Who starts sharing? Designate a person at the table to start and communicate, one at a time your feeling of the present moment.
Replicate the experience for the entrée,
the main dish and the dessert.
