Crowned heads are committed to the environment

On December 6 at the Hôtel des Trois Couronnes, led by Mr Jay Gauer, the second Less Saves The Planet event took place. This exceptional evening with the theme of sustainable development took place under the sponsorship of HRH Prince Jean d’Orléans, Dauphin de France, very attached to the environment and already present at the Monegasque evening.

The evening began at 19h with a cocktail organized by the emblematic Geneva association of chefs Goutatoo.

The evening continued with a dinner organized in the magnificent Camille Saint-Saëns room with a tasty and eco-friendly healthy menu imagined by the Michelin-starred Chef of the Hôtel des Trois Couronnes, Lionel Rodriguez.

It was animated by the interventions of Fadi Joseph Abou and Flavio Bucciarelli the founders of the movement as well as HRH Prince Jean d’Orléans.

Global hotel group players including the twenty largest General Managers.

As well as 20 influential journalists French and Swiss such as Paris Match, Le Monde, Gala, Hotel Revue, Gault & Millau, La Revue, Gilles Pudlowski’s Blog, Point de Vue and Citizen K took advantage of this exceptional event.

Chefs already committed to preserving the environment joined royalty once again to show them how culinary art can be combined with the environment.

European crowned heads such as HRH Prince John of Orleans, HRH Prince Zogu Leka II of Albania, LIT Archduke Imre of Habsourg, LIT Archduchess Kathleen of Habsburg, Prince of La Rochefoucauld, honoured us with their presence.
